One thing I like to do is look at the stats for my blog. It shows how many hits I have, what posts were read, what links people clicked to get to my blog, how much spam is blocked, etc. It also shows search terms people used in a search engine that led to my blog being a result that they clicked on.

Some of them are absolutely ridiculous. I often get some form of something involving shitting pants, since one of my posts is titles “I think I just shit my pants in frustration.” I always get people searching for song lyrics to some song about the top of the mountain. I hate this one. I sometimes get ones about random dreams in the bathroom… I think I even get some about what dreaming about bathrooms means, in relation to the whole Freudian dream interpretation scheme.

But my favorite one is people type in “What is the top of a mountain called.”

The top of a mountain is called THE SUMMIT.

That one sentence right there will increase my hits. I love the internet.
